CHICAGO – Loyola Chicago men's basketball announced its 2024-25 non-conference schedule Friday morning. The Ramblers will play nine games in Gentile Arena, one true road contest, a neutral site game in Milwaukee, and have a trip to Hawaii for the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic.
 
"I'm really excited about the schedule that our staff has put together," said head coach Drew Valentine. "As you can see, playing in front of our students and fans in Gentile was super important for us to do. We are incredibly fortunate to have one of the BEST home court atmospheres in the country, and we can't wait to see the energy you all bring to help us continue to have success at home.
 
"We've also got some very competitive neutral site games playing in great locations that our student-athletes will love to get the opportunity to play in. Can't wait to get out there with our guys!"
 
Action will tipoff Oct. 29 with the season's lone exhibition vs. Calumet St. Joseph at home. The regular season will then tipoff at home with Chicago State making the quick trip north to Rogers Park on Nov. 4.
 
Loyola will see two more opponents at home with Detroit Mercy (Nov. 7) and Eureka College (Nov. 10), before hitting the road to take on the 2023-24 reigning Ivy League regular season champions, Princeton, on Nov. 15.
 
The Ramblers return to Chicago for a four-game home stand. They'll take on Southern Utah (Nov. 19), Tulsa (Nov. 23), Eastern Michigan (Dec. 3), and South Florida (Dec. 7).
 
At Tulsa last season, Jayden Dawson tied the program's single-game three-point record with eight made. Loyola will also get a chance to take down the Bulls who clinched the American regular season title last year with a 16-2 finish.
 
The season's first neutral site game is set for Dec. 15 at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. Loyola and San Francisco are part of a triple-header of games slated that day with times to be released at a later date.
 
Loyola returns to Gentile one more time for non-conference action against Canisius Dec. 18 before heading to Hawaii for a three-game slate in the 2024 Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic. The Ramblers are part of an eight-team field. A full bracket is anticipated early fall.
 
Season tickets – which include priority seating, exclusive events, free admission to all other Loyola sports, and a ticket exchange program – are now available at www.ramblertickets.com. Flex packages and single-game tickets will be on sale later this fall.
