Loyola Chicago opens Atlantic 10 play on its home court this weekend with a two-game series vs. Davidson. First serve is set for 5 pm Friday and 2 pm Saturday. The Ramblers closed the non-conference portion of their schedule at 5-6 after taking down UIC and DePaul. Loyola won 3-2 against UIC and 3-1 at DePaul, taking Chicago Cup bragging rights.

• The Ramblers went 2-0 last weekend after beating UIC and DePaul in the Chicago Cup hosted by the Blue Demons.
• Over the two-match stretch,
Marta Cvitkovic led the Ramblers with 33 kills (3.67 k/s). She had a season-high 18 kills against UIC and another 15 at DePaul. She hit over .360 in both matches.

Bree Borum registered her first triple-double of the season against the Blue Demons. Borum tallied 10 kills, 44 assists, and 16 digs. It came off the heels of a 44 assist, 18 dig double-double vs. the Flames.

Avary DeBlieck challenged the net for Loyola with nine total blocks. She had four solo and five assists. She added a seven kill performance against DePaul and hit .600 in the match.
• DeBlieck lands in the A-10 top-10 with a .318 hitting percentage this season. She also ranks sixth with 1.03 blocks per game.
• Joining DeBlieck on the A-10 leaderboards are
Jae Fitting, Cvitkovic,and Borum. Fitting is second in the league, averaging 4.25 digs per set. She has two Defensive Player of the Week honors so far this season.
• Cvitkovic is among the best servers in the league. She's tied fourth with 19 aces.
• Borum ranks in assists and digs. She averages 8.83 assists per set for second and 2.9 digs per set for 10th.

Amanda Berkley is in her seventh season at the helm. Her overall record with the Ramblers is 119-71.
SCOUTING DAVIDSON
Davidson is 4-7 overall with a 1-2 road record as non-conference play wraps up. The Wildcats opened the year with a pair of sweeps over Elon and Marshall. Their other two wins came against Queens and William & Mary. Davidson has dropped the last three matches, including a 3-2 battle at Wake Forest. Last year, the Wildcats posted a 19-10 overall record and 11-7 finish in conference play. They were tabbed fourth in the preseason poll this August.
Isabel Decker leads Davidson with 147 kills this season. She's averaging 3.29 kills per set, which ranks fifth in the A-10. Decker has recorded double-digit kills in all but two matches this season, including the last eight. She had a season-high 25 kills at Queens and completed a double-double with 14 digs. She has eight double-doubles this year, including six straight.
SERIES HISTORY
Loyola leads the all-time series, 5-0. The Ramblers swept the final meeting last season. Borum dropped back to back double-doubles last year. First, she posted 41 assists and 18 digs, narrowly missing a triple-double with nine kills and seven blocks. She followed up with 33 assists, 11 digs, and six blocks.
