CHICAGO – Head coach Amanda Berkley announced the 2025 women's volleyball schedule Thursday afternoon. The home slate features 15 matches, including one exhibition and the Loyola Invitational before defending the Ramblers' second Atlantic 10 title as league play takes off in September.
 
Loyola welcomes Green Bay to Rogers Park Aug. 16 for the team's lone exhibition match.
 
Regular season action opens at the WKU Invitational Aug. 29-30. The Ramblers will play Drake, Western Kentucky, and Wright State in the opening weekend. WKU is coming off a NCAA Tournament appearance, while WSU won the Horizon League regular season.
 
Non-conference play continues on the road at the Hawkeye Invitational where the Ramblers take on Illinois State, Butler, and Iowa on Sept. 4-6.
 
Loyola's home opener is scheduled for Sept. 11 against Stephen F. Austin. It's the first game for the Ramblers in the annual Loyola Invitational. Loyola will also play Indiana and Bowling Green that weekend. Bowling Green won the regular season before an NIVC appearance last year.
 
A four match homestand closes with a Friday night contest against Minnesota on Sept. 19 before the Ramblers go for the Chicago Cup.
 
Loyola and UIC are set for Sept. 20 across town before the Ramblers return to Gentile for DePaul on Sept. 21. Loyola downed both the Flames and Blue Demons last year for bragging rights.
 
A-10 play opens the following weekend at Fordham on Sept. 26 and 27. The Ramblers will also play at Saint Louis (Oct. 7), Davidson (Oct. 17-18), VCU (Oct. 24-25), and George Mason (Nov. 14-15).
 
George Washington (Oct. 3-4), Duquesne (Oct. 10-11), Dayton (Oct. 31 – Nov. 1), Saint Louis (Nov. 4), and Rhode Island (Nov. 7-8) will compete at Gentile for Rambler home matches this season.
