Loyola Chicago Signs Indiana Transfer Seth Stewart

CHICAGO – Loyola University Chicago men's soccer has announced the signing of midfielder Seth Stewart, a transfer from Indiana University.

A 5-foot-9 redshirt junior from Oswego, Illinois, Stewart was part of an Indiana program that reached the NCAA College Cup in 2022, won the 2023 Big Ten Tournament, and captured Big Ten regular season titles in 2023 and 2024. He is also a two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection.

"We couldn't be more excited to add Seth to our program," said Loyola Head Coach Kevin Robson. "He is a tireless worker who makes every team he's part of better. Coming from a winning program like Indiana University, he will add tremendous value to what we're building here. Seth will be an immediate contributor and understands what it takes to compete at the highest levels of college soccer. We look forward to welcoming him in August."

During the 2024 season, Stewart appeared in 14 matches with three starts, making his first career start at Butler on Sept. 4. He redshirted during the 2023 campaign and appeared in six matches as a freshman in 2022.

A graduate of Oswego East High School, Stewart adds experience and championship pedigree to Loyola's midfield ahead of the upcoming season.
