CHICAGO — The Loyola Chicago women's golf team will head to Orlando, Florida this week for the 2026 Atlantic 10 Women's Golf Championship on April 20-22.
On March 20, the Ramblers were picked second in the Atlantic 10 Conference's Championship Poll, receiving 28 points and one first-place vote. Defending A-10 tournament champions, Richmond, were picked first in the poll with 34 points and four first-place votes. The remaining first-place vote went to Dayton, who finished third in the poll with 27 points. Duquesne with 19 points, Saint Joseph's with 10 points, and La Salle with 8 points rounded out the rest of the poll.
The six-team tournament will be held at the par-72, 6,001-yard Evermore Resort Golf Club. Players are set to tee off in threesomes starting at hole one at the Cypress Course on all three days, beginning at 6:30 a.m. (CT).
The 2025 Atlantic 10 Women's Golf Championship was won as a team by Richmond, who ended with a score of +57, while the tournament was won as an individual by Richmond's Hannah Lydic with a score of +8. Loyola led after rounds one and two, but ended in third place with a final score of +78.
The Ramblers' starting lineup will consist of junior

Teagan Connors, sophomore
Grace Hui, sophomore
Madison Haugen, and freshman
Maureen O'Leary. This is the same lineup that head coach
Brandy Johnston used for the final two regular-season events. Hui, Psuik, and Haugen are each making their second career appearances at the Atlantic 10 Women's Golf Championship. Last year, Hui finished in seventh place with a score of +18, Psuik ended with a score of +26 to land her in 13th place, and Haugen finished in 14th with a score of +28.
This season, the Ramblers were led by
Cassie Psuik at a team-high five events. Psuik enters the A-10 Championship coming off her third top-ten finish of the year at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational. Her sixth-place finish at this event was also her season-best. Psuik's season-best 54-hole score came at the A-Ga-Ming Invitational to start the fall season when she finished with a score of five-over-par. In addition, Psuik earned her fourth career A-10 Golfer of the Week honor for her performance at the Texas State Invitational during the spring season.
Freshman
Teagan Connors made an immediate impact for Loyola by earning four A-10 Rookie of the Week honors over the course of the season and leading the Ramblers at back-to-back events during the spring season. Connors' season-best finish and 54-hole score came at the Pizza Hut Lady Thunderbird Invitational during the spring season when she ended in 16th place with a score of nine-over-par.
Sophomore
Grace Hui is looking to build upon her current run of good form, having come off a team-best finish at The Nashville Invitational and an 11th-place finish at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational to finish out the regular season. Hui led the Ramblers at two events this season, with the other coming at the Velvet Classic during the fall season, where she also recorded her lone top-10 finish and season-best 54-hole score of nine-over-par. In addition, Hui finished the second round two under par at the Velvet Classic, which was the team's best individual round of the season.
Madison Haugen recorded one top-10 finish over the course of her sophomore campaign, which came at the WMU Bronco Fall Classic when she ended in ninth. Haugen's season-best 54-hole score of +15 occurred at the Pizza Hut Lady Thunderbird Invitational during the spring season. Haugen's best round of the season also came at that same tournament when she opened with a first-round score of one-under-par.
Finally,
Maureen O'Leary enters the Atlantic 10 Women's Golf Championship coming off her best finish of the spring season at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational. During the spring season, O'Leary also recorded her season-best 54-hole score of +18 at the Texas State Invitational. O'Leary's season-best finish came at the WMU Bronco Fall Classic, where she ended in 16th place.
