Aidan Klein Earns CSC Academic All-District

GREENWOOD, Ind. -- Loyola Chicago men's volleyball student-athlete Aidan Klein was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, per the organization's announcement on Tuesday, marking the first award of its kind in his career.

Klein, an economics major, finished his junior campaign with a 3.53 GPA while leading Loyola in hitting percentage (.541 on 316 attack attempts) and in blocks (101 total). An Evanston, Ill. native, the 6-foot-9 middle blocker was one of two Ramblers to start and compete in all 30 matches last season. He recorded four matches with double-digit kills on at least .550 hitting and posted a career-high seven blocks two times in 2026.

In addition to his first-ever CSC honor, Klein earned American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Second Team All-American status, an All-Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) First Team pick and an All-Tournament Team award, as well as All-MIVA Academic Team – all of which were career firsts.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's At-Large teams, selected by CSC, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members and will be announced July 8.
