CHICAGO -- Loyola Chicago men's volleyball is thrilled to announce the signing of graduate student Sergej Jokanovic to the 2026-27 roster. Hailing from Cannes, France, the Serbian and French national joins Loyola as a setter.
He's competed with the professional men's volleyball club AS Cannes for the past three years, and placed third in the U21 French Cup in 2022 and 2023. The 6-foot-1 setter is the older brother of UC Irvine's sophomore sensation and the 2026 AVCA National Newcomer of the Year Andrej Jokanovic.Â
Jokanovic is one of four international Ramblers this season, alongside freshmen Nicola Konstantinov (Sofia, Bulgaria), Luka Lojic (Bar, Montenegro) and Thomas Vesty (Christchurch, New Zealand).
