Biography

2021-22: Battled through chronic knee issues and other ailments and never was able to be fully healthy … Pitched in 2.5 points per game and shot 40 percent (18-for-45) from three-point territory in 27 appearances, which included three starting nods … Finished his career as Loyola’s all-time leader in three-point field goal percentage (.440) … Loyola went 3-1 when he drained two or more triples … Knocked down a pair of threes and finished with six points against Michigan State (Nov. 24) at the Battle 4 Atlantis … Made his first start of the season against Roosevelt (Dec. 7) and accounted for six points, a rebound, an assist and two steals … Was perfect from the field (2-for-2) and foul line (2-for-2) en route to eight points in only 11 minutes of action at Evansville (Jan. 18) … Put together his best showing of the season on Senior Night, accumulating a season-best 10 points and four assists, along with three rebounds and a pair of steals, in 20 minutes against Evansville (Feb. 23) … Recipient of the Missouri Valley Conference’s Elite 17 Award at Arch Madness for having the highest grade-point average of a student-athlete competing in the league tournament championship game.
 
2020-21: After battling his way through some nagging injuries early in the season, wound up contributing 7.5 points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 0.8 steals per game in 30 appearances with 20 starts … Shot a team-best 44.4 percent (40-for-90) from three-point range and in two seasons as a Rambler is 77-for-171 (.450) from behind the arc … Started the final 20 contests of the season and Loyola was 18-2 in those games … Loyola went 12-0 when he hit two or more treys and is 20-2 in his career when he does so … Loyola is 35-9 (.795) in his career when he is among the starting five … Scored in double digits on nine occasions and the Ramblers were an unblemished 9-0 in those contests … The Ramblers are now 42-12 (.778) in his career when he plays … Moved into the starting lineup in mid-January and in his first nod of the season, dropped 10 points, a season-best five assists and three steals on Northern Iowa (Jan. 16) … Torched Bradley (Jan. 25) for 15 points and buried four triples … Put up 12 points and a season-high six rebounds at Missouri State (Jan. 31) … Posted double digits in both games against Evansville, going for 12 points, three assists and three steals in the series opener (Feb. 6) and then accounting for 11 points in the finale (Feb. 7) … Led the Ramblers with a team-high 16 points and added five rebounds and two steals in a win over Valparaiso (Feb. 17) … Had an impressive showing at the MVC Championship, totaling 10.3 ppg, 1.3 rpg and 2.0 apg, while sinking 7 of 11 (.636) attempts from long distance, to help the Ramblers earn a NCAA berth … Had 12 points and three dimes in a MVC Championship semifinal victory over Indiana State (March 6) … Went 3-for-3 from beyond the arc and finished with 13 points in the MVC title game versus Drake (March 7) … Knocked down a trip of treys and totaled 12 points in a NCAA First Round victory over Georgia Tech (March 19) … Had seven points, two assists and a pair of steals in a NCAA Second Round decision against No. 2 Illinois (March 21) … Was a Second Team MVC Scholar-Athlete selection.
 
2019-20: After being sidelined for the first eight games of the year following preseason knee surgery, had a solid debut season for the Ramblers, racking up 10.4 points, 1.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.2 steals per game in 24 appearances, all starts, at point guard … Shot 45.9 percent (78-for-170) from the field, including 45.7 percent (37-for-81) from three-point territory … Scored in double figures on 13 occasions, twice scoring 25 or more points … Loyola went 17-7 with him in the lineup and only 4-4 while he was sidelined … The Ramblers posted an 8-2 ledger when he buried two or more three-pointers … Tallied 10 or more points in five of the final seven outings of the season … Finished the season on a tear, averaging 14.3 ppg, 2.6 rpg, 1.3 apg and 1.3 spg, while knocking down 51.7 percent (29-for-56) of his field goal attempts and 63 percent (17-for-27) of his three-point tries, over the final seven games … Converted 33 of his final 44 (.750) attempts from the foul line … Made a big splash in his Loyola debut, pitching in 13 points, three assists and a steal in a victory at Ball State (Dec. 5) … Dropped a season-high eight assists and added eight points and three caroms to help Loyola to a victory over Vanderbilt (Dec. 18) … Totaled 13 points, four assists and five steals at Drake (Jan. 7) … Went for 13 points, two rebounds, a pair of helpers and no turnovers in a win against Southern Illinois (Jan. 16) … Erupted for 25 points, hitting 8 of 12 shots from the field, including 5 of 8 from beyond the arc, to fuel Loyola’s overtime victory versus Northern Iowa (Feb. 15) … Registered 11 points and a season-high five rebounds at Missouri State (Feb. 22) … Was sensational in the MVC Championship quarterfinal matchup with Valparaiso (March 6), pouring in a season-best 28 points, sinking five treys, while adding three steals … Named to the MVC Honor Roll and earned the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award.
 
2018-19 (at Vincennes): Averaged 15.1 ppg, 2.0 rpg and 5.1 apg in 2018-19, while helping Vincennes to a 34-2 overall record and the NJCAA Division I national championship … Totaled 17 points, a pair of rebounds and seven assists against Ranger in the national championship game … Owned a 2.6 assist-to-turnover ratio (183-71) and scored in double figures 30 times in 36 appearances … Poured in 20 or more points on 10 occasions as a sophomore, going a perfect 15-for-15 from the foul line on his way to a season-high, 30-point performance in a victory over Southwestern Illinois (Feb. 23) … Notched a double-double with 13 points and 10 assists in a win versus Volunteer State (Nov. 6) … Received All-Region 24 honors and was also named to the NJCAA Division I Men’s Basketball All-Tournament Team … Converted 43.9 percent (167-for-380) of his field goal attempts, 40 percent (46-for-115) of his threes, and 85.3 percent (163-for-191) of his shots from the free throw stripe … In two seasons at Vincennes, was an 81.7 percent (228-for-279) shooter from the free throw line.
 
2017-18 (at Vincennes): During his freshman campaign, put up 10.9 ppg, 1.7 rpg and 2.7 apg, with a 3.1 assist-to-turnover ratio (101-33), in 37 games … Scored in double figures 21 times in 2017-18, netting a season-best 22 points on a pair of occasions – versus Fort Smith (Nov. 24) and at Lewis and Clark (Jan. 17) … Shot 51.8 percent (133-for-257) from the field and 47.1 percent (72-for-153) from three-point land.
 
High School: Contributed 17 points and 6 assists per game as a senior at Wesley Christian Prep, finishing the season as the No. 2 ranked point guard prospect in the state of Kentucky and No. 15 overall by Prep Hoops … As a junior at St. Joe Central Catholic in Huntington, W.Va., helped his team to a state championship by averaging 24 points per game.
