Softball Camps

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Ramblers Softball Camps! These sessions will be led by our coaching staff as well as current players. Each session will present drills and skills that participants can take back with them to add to their own personal training. We look forward to hosting you!

All campers must fill out the “Waiver and Medical Forms” posted below prior to participating in any camps. Signed forms can be sent to awoollard@luc.edu.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH NCAA RULES, LOYOLA UNIVERSITY CHICAGO SPORTS CAMPS ARE OPEN TO ANY AND ALL THAT WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND, BUT MAY LIMIT ATTENDANCE BASED ON SEVERAL FACTORS, SUCH AS AGE, NUMBER AND GRADE LEVEL. HOWEVER, CAMP ATTENDANCE AT LUC (INCLUDING ATTENDANCE AT ELITE OR ADVANCED CAMPS) IS NEVER RESTRICTED BY A CAMPER'S SKILL LEVEL OR COMPETITIVE EXPERIENCE.

Take your game to the next level this summer at Loyola University Chicago's Mini Camp Series! This first of two camps features high-energy instruction, competitive drills, and hands-on coaching from Loyola players and staff. Athletes will develop their skills in pitching, defense, and hitting while building confidence in a fun, competitive environment. Please take note that pitching and defense are happening in the same time block. Join Loyola Softball this summer and keep growing your game!
Price: $80
Ages: 9th - 12th graders
Sessions:
Pitching & Defense: 4 - 5:15 p.m.
Hitting: 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.

Location: Hoyne Softball Field (6336 N. Hoyne Ave, Chicago, IL 60626)
Special Note: Pitchers need to bring their own catchers

Designed for athletes looking to continue developing their game, this camp features focused instruction in hitting, defense, and pitching led by Loyola players and staff. Please take note that pitching and defense are happening in the same time block. Through competitive drills and hands-on coaching, athletes will build confidence, sharpen skills, and compete in a fun, fast-paced environment. Don't miss the final session of our summer mini camp series!

Elevate your game this summer at Loyola University Chicago's Summer Elite Camp! Designed for serious athletes looking to compete at a higher level, this camp combines advanced skill instruction with live gameplay for a complete training experience. Campers will work closely with Loyola players and staff on hitting, defense, and pitching before putting those skills into action in competitive live games. Please note: Teams for live play will be assigned based on the primary position selected during registration. Placement at a secondary position is not guaranteed. The Summer Elite Camp is the perfect opportunity to train, compete, and experience the energy of Loyola Softball!
