2020-21: One of the top defensive players in the country and earned overdue recognition by being named Missouri Valley Conference Defensive Player of the Year, the second Rambler in the last four seasons to capture that award ... 2019-20: Named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Defensive Team … Was a Preseason Third Team All-MVC pick … Will enter his senior season needing 393 points to reach 1,000 for his career … Averaged 9.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game, shooting 44.8 percent (99-for-221) from the field and 33.3 percent (44-for-132) from three-point territory … Scored in double digits five times in the first 10 outings of the season and nine times overall … Loyola was 7-2 when he scored 10 or more points and 8-4 when he hit two or more threes … Through the first five games of the season, was contributing 14.0 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 1.8 apg and 1.2 spg, while shooting 49.1 percent (27-for-55) from the field … Had 13 points and five rebounds against UC Davis (Nov. 5) to raise the curtain on the season … Followed that performance with 18 points at Furman (Nov. 8) … Accounted for nine points, a season-high seven rebounds and a season-high-tying four steals in a victory over Saint Joseph’s (Nov. 16) … Scored 22 points, hitting 8 of 12 shots from the field, including four treys, in a win against IUPUI (Nov. 20) … Tallied 10 points at Ball State (Dec. 3) … Poured in a career-best 25 points, hitting 7 of 8 treys, one triple shy of Loyola’s single-game record, to power Loyola past Quincy (Dec. 7) … Produced 12 points in a win against Missouri State (Jan. 4) … Recorded 18 points and four boards at Northern Iowa (Jan. 26) … In a victory over Valparaiso (Feb. 9), registered nine points, six rebounds, four assists and a pair of steals … Tossed in 20 points and collected five rebounds at Evansville (Feb. 12) … Accumulated eight points, four rebounds, four assists and four steals in an overtime victory over Northern Iowa (Feb. 15) … Delivered eight points, five assists and four boards to help Loyola defeat Illinois State (Feb. 19) … Pitched in 15 points and three steals in a win at Bradley (Feb. 29) … Teamed with Aher Uguak to limited Northern Iowa’s AJ Green, the 2019-20 MVC Player of the Year, to just 12-for-35 (.343) accuracy from the field and 5-for-16 (.313) from three-point range, in two games against Loyola … Named to the MVC Honor Roll.
 
2018-19: Battled injuries, but still managed to put up 8.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.6 steals per game, hitting 48 percent (48-for-100) of his field goal attempts, including 41.3 percent (26-for-63) of his three-point tries … Emerged as one of the top defenders in the Missouri Valley Conference … Missed 18 total games with a pair of hand injuries … Loyola went 5-0 in MVC play when he earned a starting nod … Knocked down 11 of his final 15 attempts (.733) from the free throw stripe … Loyola went 7-2 when he connected for two or more three-pointers … Scored in double figures in three of the Ramblers’ first six games before suffering a broken hand November 27 … Reached double-digit points in five straight appearances, January 15 through March 8 … Named to the Fort Myers Tip-Off All-Tournament Team in November after averaging 18.0 ppg, 5.5 rpg and 2.5 apg in a pair of contests … Notched his first career double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds versus Furman (Nov. 9) … Those 11 boards were the most by a Ramblers guard since Milton Doyle in 2017 … Accumulated nine rebounds and six assists against Grambling State (Nov. 16) … Erupted for a season-high 23 points, on 9 of 11 shooting, and pitched in five boards and two assists in a victory over Richmond (Nov. 19) at the Fort Myers Tip-Off … Closed out the two-game tourney with 13 points, six caroms and three helpers versus Boston College (Nov. 21) … Returned to action from the broken hand January 8 at Evansville after missing the previous eight games … Registered 11 points, seven rebounds and three assists versus Valparaiso (Jan. 15) and then totaled 14 points, eight boards and three steals at Indiana State (Jan. 19) … Reinjured the hand in that game at Indiana State and was sidelined for the next 10 contests before returning February 27 at UNI, where he delivered 12 points, four boards and four steals … Had 10 points, six rebounds and four steals in the regular season finale versus Bradley (March 2) as the Ramblers clinched a share of the MVC title … Scored 10 points in a MVC Championship quarterfinal round win over Valparaiso (March 8). 
 
2017-18: Played a valuable role in his rookie season, appearing in all 38 games and putting up 4.7 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 0.8 steals per game, connecting on 41.5 percent (34-for-82) of his three-point field goal attempts … Named to both the MVC All-Freshman and MVC All-Bench teams … Started five games, averaging 6.0 ppg, 3.2 rpg and 1.6 apg in those contests … Scored in double figures on four occasions, with Loyola posting a 3-1 ledger in those games … Put up 4.6 ppg, 3.8 rpg and 1.0 apg in five NCAA tournament outings … At Gentile Arena, shot 56.4 percent (22-for-39) from the field, 50 percent (14-for-28) from three-point territory and 80 percent (20-for-25) from the foul line … Scored eight points and added two rebounds, a pair of assists, a block and a steal against Eureka (Nov. 12) … Reached double digits for the first time as a Rambler when he collected 11 points against Samford (Nov. 19) … Impressed in a victory over Kent State (Nov. 25) at the Savannah Invitational, producing eight points, four rebounds and four assists … Came off the bench to pump in a season-high 14 points in 20 minutes of action in a win over UIC (Dec. 2) … Made his first career start in a win over Norfolk State (Dec. 9) and in his second career starting nod, dropped in 10 points, grabbed three rebounds and had a pair of steals, at Milwaukee (Dec. 16) … Filled up the stat sheet with eight points, five boards, two assists, a pair of blocks and two steals in a victory over Evansville (Dec. 30) … Came up with seven points, five rebounds, three steals and a memorable block in the closing seconds to help Loyola hold on for a victory at UNI (Jan. 7) … Was perfect in Loyola’s win at Drake (Jan. 24), contributing 10 points, three rebounds and two steals, while going 4-for-4 from the field, including 2-for-2 from beyond the arc … Accounted for six points and a half dozen rebounds in a MVC Championship semifinal round win over Bradley (March 3) … Came up with seven points and a pair of steals against Illinois State (March 4) in the MVC Championship title game that gave the Ramblers their first NCAA berth in 33 years … Had five points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal, forcing a critical late-game turnover that set up the game-winning shot in a 64-62 victory over Miami (March 15) in a NCAA First Round game … Contributed seven points and four boards in a NCAA Second Round decision over No. 3 seed Tennessee (March 17) … Produced eight points, five caroms, two assists and a block as Loyola toppled Kansas State (March 24) to earn its first Final Four berth since 1963.
 
High School: Bookended his prep career with IHSA state titles as a freshman and as a senior … During the 2016-17 campaign, pitched in 17.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.8 steals per game and shot 78 percent from the foul line to help Whitney Young High School to the IHSA Class 4A crown … First team all-state selection … Along with former Loyola teammate Cameron Krutwig, was a Chicago Tribune First Team All-State honoree … Named MVP of the prestigious Proviso West Tournament after averaging 21.0 ppg and leading the Dolphins to the title … Third Chicago Public League player to sign with Loyola since Porter Moser took the reins of the program … Was the only freshman on Whitney Young’s varsity roster in 2013-14 and helped a Jahlil Okafor-led team to a IHSA Class 4A state championship … Ranked as the No. 16 overall prospect and No. 5 shooting guard in Illinois.
