Biography

2021-22: Continued to do a lot of the little things that didn’t necessarily show up in a box score to help the Ramblers to another NCAA Tournament appearance … Played in all 33 contests and started 11 games, including each of the final 10 contests, and averaged 5.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.9 steals per game … Drained 48.2 percent (68-for-141) of his field goal tries and 39.4 percent (28-for-71) of his shots from long distance … Came off the bench in the season opener to account for eight points, three assists and a career-high 10 rebounds in only 20 minutes of play versus Coppin State (Nov. 9) … Scored 12 points in a win against Florida Gulf Coast (Nov. 13) … Through the first four outings of the year, contributed 8.3 ppg, 7.0 rpg and 1.3 apg ... Had eight points, eight boards and two steals against UIC (Nov. 20) … Accumulated six caroms, four steals and three assists against Michigan State (Nov. 24) at the Battle 4 Atlantis … In his first start of the season, produced a season-high 14 points, six assists, four steals and four rebounds in a victory over Roosevelt (Dec. 7) … Tallied 13 points off the bench in wins over Valparaiso (Jan. 11) and at Missouri State (Feb. 6) … Had seven points and eight boards in only 18 minutes at Evansville (Jan. 18) … Produced 11 points, five rebounds and a pair of thefts at Valparaiso (Feb. 16) … Contributed 11 points, seven rebounds and two steals at Illinois State (Feb. 2) … Had at least one steal in 10 consecutive games, February 9 through March 6 … Converted 34 of his final 61 (.557) shots from the field … Loyola was 6-0 when he scored in double digits … Honorable Mention MVC Scholar-Athlete Team selection.
 
2020-21: Starter in the first 11 games of the year before becoming a weapon off the bench and providing innumerable intangible plays for the duration of the season … In 31 appearances overall, contributed 6.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 0.6 steals per game … Scored in double figures nine times, with Loyola going 8-1 in those contests … Reached double digits in five of the first eight outings, including a 17-point performance in the season opener versus Lewis (Dec. 5) … Provided 15 points, four boards, three assists and a pair of steals in 22 minutes of play against Chicago Sate (Dec. 9) … Racked up 16 points, five rebounds and four helpers against Illinois State (Dec. 28) … Gave the team a major lift in his first game coming off the bench by scoring a season-high 24 points, while adding three boards, three assists and two steals in a victory over Northern Iowa (Jan. 16) … Scored in double figures in each of his first four games off the bench, becoming the first Rambler to come off the bench and score 10 or more points in four straight  outings since Aundre Jackson in 2016-17 … Closed out the weekend series with Northern Iowa (Jan. 17) by pitching in 13 points, three caroms and a season-high six assists … Scored 11 points in a win at Bradley (Jan. 24) … Posted nine points, three rebounds and a pair of dimes in a rout of Drake (Feb. 13) … Won a battle for a loose ball that led to a key basket in the win over Drake in the MVC Championship (March 7) … MVC Scholar-Athlete First Team and Division I-AAA Scholar-Athlete Team selection…. 2019-20: Quickly asserted himself as one of the top players in the Missouri Valley Conference, earning Third Team All-MVC and MVC All-Newcomer designation after consistently stuffing the boxscore … Ranked second on the team in points (12.7), rebounds (3.9), assists (2.2) and steals (1.5) per game, and connected on 47.8 percent (141-for-295) of his field goal attempts, including 42.6 percent (58-for-136) of his treys … His scoring average of 12.7 ppg ranked 12th overall in The Valley and was third among newcomers to the league … Ranked fourth in the MVC in three-point field goal percentage (.426) and tied for third in steals (1.5 spg) … Finished with the highest scoring average by a Loyola newcomer since Aundre Jackson in 2016-17 (14.1 ppg) … Scored 20 or more points six times, the most by a newcomer since Jackson in 2016-17 (6) … Loyola was 16-6 when he tallied 10 or more points … Burst onto the scene by providing 14 points, a season-high nine rebounds, four steals and three assists in the season-opening win against UC Davis (Nov. 5) … Notched the first of his 20-point efforts when he scored 23 points and kicked in six rebounds, two assists, a pair of steals and a block versus Coppin State (Nov. 12) … Went for 16 points, seven boards and four steals in a rout of Saint Joseph’s (Nov. 16) … Delivered back-to-back performances with 20+ points at the Cayman Islands Classic, registering 22 points, five boards and five helpers against Colorado State (Nov. 26) before racking up 21 points versus Old Dominion (Nov. 27) … Those games began s stretch that saw Hall score 20+ tallies three times in five contests, capping that run with 21 points, five rebounds a season-best five steals and two dimes against Norfolk State (Dec. 15) … Scored in double digits in four consecutive games on four different occasions in 2019-20 … Tossed in 16 points in a victory over Vanderbilt (Dec. 18) … Recorded 16 points, five boards and four assists in a victory over Southern Illinois (Jan., 16), then accounted for 17 points, five caroms and three dimes at Illinois State (Jan. 19) … Was nearly perfect from the field in a rout of Indiana State (Jan. 22), as he delivered 23 points, going 9-for-10 from the field, knocking down all five of his threes … In an overtime victory over Northern Iowa (Feb. 15), he had 11 points, five rebounds, a season-best six assists and no turnovers … Torched Illinois State (Feb. 19) for a season-high 28 points, going 11-for-14 from the field, and added five rebounds, three assists and a pair of thefts … Those 28 points were the most by a Rambler newcomer since Milton Doyle went for 28 against Northern Iowa on January 14, 2014 … After converting only 5 of his first 18 (.278) tries from behind the arc, converted 53 of his final 118 (.449) triples, including 27 of his final 59 (.458) … Named MVC Scholar-Athlete Second Team … Member of the MVC Honor Roll.
 
2018-19: Per NCAA rules, sat out the season after transferring from the University of Indianapolis … Member of the MVC Honor Roll and also picked up the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award.
 
2017-18 (at Indianapolis): First Team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference selection after averaging team highs of 14.8 ppg and 5.6 rpg to go with 2.2 apg and 1.0 spg … Ranked 44th in NCAA Division II after draining 56 percent (153-for-273) of his field goal attempts and also connected on 43.6 percent (34-for-78) of his three-point tries … In GLVC action, accounted for 16.9 ppg and 5.9 rpg … Tabbed GLVC Player of the Week on February 19 after tallying 29.0 ppg and 11.5 rpg in a pair of road wins … Scored in double figures on 23 occasions, including a streak of 14 consecutive games, January 4 through February 22 … Poured in a career-best 31 points, on 13-of-16 shooting, at William Jewell (Feb. 17) … Scored 20 or more points seven times, including in three straight outings, January 13-20 … Hauled in double-digit rebounds on four occasions, including a season-high 12 in a 27-point, 12-rebound performance at Missouri S&T (Feb. 15) … Registered three double-doubles … Posted a season-best six steals and added 18 points against Bluefield State (Dec. 14) … Named CoSIDA Academic All-District IV.
 
2016-17 (at Indianapolis): Became just the third player in program history to take home GLVC Freshman of the Year accolades after averaging 10.3 ppg and 4.1 rpg … Also named to the GLVC All-Freshman Team … In his first career start, accounted for 12 points and three boards against Lake Erie (Nov. 13) as he became the first true freshman to start for UIndy since the 2012-13 campaign … Scored in double figures 13 times, topping the 20-point plateau on a pair of occasions… Recorded a season-high 24 points and equaled a season best with seven boards at Saint Joseph’s (Feb. 23).
 
High School: Four-year letterwinner in basketball and also collected two letters in baseball at Greenfield-Central High School … Three-time All-Hoosier Heritage Conference and All-Hancock County selection … Named Large School All-State by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association as a senior after putting up 18.3 ppg, 7.8 rpg, 2.1 apg and 1.2 spg … Averaged 16.3 ppg and 5.5 rpg in his varsity career … Excelled in the classroom, earning a 3.9 grade-point average, while graduating in the top 12 percent of his class … Member of the National Honor Society.
