CHICAGO (April 30, 2019) – Make plans now to attend this summer's Loyola University Chicago Women's Basketball Camps. Camps will once again be held at Gentile Arena Loyola's Lake Shore Campus in Rogers Park.
Head coach
Kate Achter, her staff and various players will conduct three camp offerings during the summer months, beginning with the Loyola Women's Basketball Shootout. Set for June 20-21, the high school team camp provides a tournament style format that allows teams to train and improve in a competitive game environment.
A Kids Camp, slated for July 15-18, is open to children in kindergarten through seventh grade. Achter and her staff will put participants through drills and skill work as well as taking part in fun, competitive activities.
The program's annual Elite Camp, geared towards those entering grades 8-12 in the fall of 2019, is scheduled for August 3-4. Players will receive a high level of instruction, drill and team play as they look to elevate their games to the next level.
