CHICAGO (February 21, 2020) – Led by fourth-year head coach
Kate Achter, the Loyola University Chicago women's basketball program has unveiled its upcoming summer camp schedule. Camps will again take place on Loyola's Lake Shore Campus in Rogers Park.
Along with her staff, Achter and various players will hold four different camp offerings during the months of June and July.
New in 2020, the program will hold a pair of Kids Night Camps on June 16 and June 24. Both scheduled to run from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., these basketball centric camps, open to children kindergarten through seventh grade, will provide the opportunity for participants to receive skill instruction from both players and coaches, while also competing and playing in games.
The Loyola Women's Basketball Shootout is slated for June 18-20. This high school team camp provides a tournament style format that allows teams to train and improve in a competitive game environment. Wrapping up this summer's offerings will be a Kids Day Camp, July 20-23.
