CHICAGO (October 1, 2021) – Each of Loyola University Chicago's varsity athletics programs has shown its commitment to equal opportunity for those from all cultural and racial backgrounds by visiting the newest sculpture to the University's Lake Shore Campus, Angels Unaware.
 
The Angels Unaware statue embodies the teachings of many religions, including the Jesuit Catholic ones, on the importance of welcoming strangers and celebrating the contributions of migrants and refugees to our society.
