CHICAGO (November 3, 2021) – Loyola University Chicago head women's basketball coach Kate Achter announced today that the Ramblers will now host the University of Saint Francis (Ill.) at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24 at Gentile Arena.  The Maroon & Gold's previously scheduled tilt with Purdue Northwest on December 28 has been canceled.
 
In addition to the changes mentioned above, both matchups in the Maroon & Gold's series with Valparaiso have changed dates.  The Ramblers will now play host to the Beacons in a 6 p.m. tip on Friday, January 28 before heading east for the return clash at 6 p.m. on Friday, February 25 inside the Athletics-Recreation Center.
 
Loyola officially opens the 2021-22 season on Tuesday, November 9 when it welcomes former Horizon League rival Detroit Mercy to Rogers Park.  Tip-off from Gentile Arena is slated for 4 p.m.
