CHICAGO (August 25, 2021) – Loyola University Chicago softball coach
Alicia Abbott announced today that the Ramblers will play on five dates, all on the road, during the fall, beginning with a September 12 trip to Notre Dame.

The Ramblers, who won a Missouri Valley Conference tournament game for the first time since 2017 last spring, also take on Lewis (Sept. 18) before making the trek to Purdue (Sept. 26) eight days later to close out the month of September.

A quick jaunt to city rival UIC (Oct. 2), where the Ramblers will also face South Suburban Community College, kicks off October. The following afternoon, Loyola heads a few miles north on Sheridan Road for a showdown with Big Ten rival Northwestern to finish out its fall campaign.
