Sukow Inks Extension With Forward Madison FC

The Loyola Chicago Men's Soccer alumnus will play his second season with the Flamingos.

CHICAGO (Jan. 4, 2022) – Following an outstanding season with Forward Madison FC, a member of the USL and an affiliate of the MLS team Chicago Fire, alumnus Justin Sukow will return for the Flamingos for the 2022 season.

Sukow hit the field with Forward Madison in 2021 as a midfielder and found success right away. He appeared in 22 games, starting in 13 of them for the Flamingos. Along the way, he scored two goals while registering three assists in a matter of 1,330 minutes.

This will be his second season with Forward Madison following a short stint Reno 1868 FC and one season with the Ramblers. The San Antonio, Texas, native started in all 20 games as he finished the 2019 season with nine goals and five assists to accumulate 23 total points. He also racked up First Team All-Missouri Valley Conference and United Soccer Coaches' Third Team All-West Region honors.

Sukow is the 10th Rambler to move on to the professional ranks since head coach Neil Jones took the helm here at Loyola in 2013.

Forward Madison FC will kick off the 2022 season on April 22 when it takes on Chattanooga Red Wolves SC.
