Tipping Off
Fresh off a 34-point win at La Salle this past Thursday, the Loyola University Chicago women's basketball team returns to the friendly confides of Gentile Arena tomorrow (Feb. 11) as it plays host to Davidson at 2 p.m. CT. Scott Sudikoff (PXP) and former Loyola standout, Christian Thomas (Commentary), will call the action live on NBC Sports Chicago and ESPN+.

- When Loyola and Davidson clash, Rambler fans will have an opportunity to watch live on television by tuning into NBC Sports Chicago. Don't have cable? No worries, the game will stream live on ESPN+ as well.
- The next time you can catch the 'Blers live on TV will be Wednesday, Feb. 21, when Loyola hosts UMass on NBC Sports.

- The Ramblers enter Sunday after beating La Salle by 34 points - the largest margin of victory in the Allison Guth era - this past Thursday (Feb. 8).
- Loyola Chicago dealt La Salle the loss after outscoring it in every quarter: 15-10 (1Q), 20-13 (2Q), 23-8 (3Q), 15-8 (4Q).
- Sitori Tanin exploded for 19 points and 10 rebounds, garnering her ninth career double-double and fifth of the season.
- Sam Galanopoulos finished second in scoring with 13 points. She added four boards and four assists.
- As a team, Loyola sank 28-of-51 shots from the field for an average of 55-percent - its second-best shooting performance of the year.
- Sharing the ball efficiently, Loyola's 15.2 assists per game ranks 65th in the nation and second in the A-10.
- LUC has tallied more assists than its opponent in 11 of its 23 games. Galanopoulos, who's 4.3 assists per game leads the team and ranks fourth in the league, has dished out three-plus assists in the past six games.
- The Ramblers are in the nation's top-50 (45th) in 3-point percentage with their 35-percent clip.
2023-24 Rambler Bites
- Seven letterwinners return to the roster, including three starters. The Ramblers welcome six newcomers, including two freshman and four transfers.
- In addition to new players, Loyola added assistant coach Simon Harris and assistant coach Jenna Rubino-McCormick to the program in the off-season.
- Head coach Allison Guth is in her second season at the helm of Loyola. She enters her eighth year as a head coach after spending the first six seasons at Yale.
Scouting The Davidson Wildcats
- In her seventh year at the helm of Davidson, head coach Gayle Fulks has piloted her 2023-24 squad to a 16-6 overall record and a 6-5 record in league play.
- Davidson rides a two-game win streak into Sunday's matchup, having most recently beaten Saint Louis, 66-58, at home.
- Charlise Dunn, who leads the team in points per game (13.3), scored a career-high 27 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
- Dunn ranks 11th in the Atlantic 10's scoring leaders while the team's 67.1 points per game ranks fifth.
- On the defensive side of the court, the Wildcats limit their foes to 55.5 points per game, ranking fourth-least in the league.
All-Time Against Davidson
- Having met for the first time last season, Loyola Chicago is searching for its first-ever win over the Wildcats.
- In the first-ever meeting, Davidson escaped Loyola, 57-55, on Feb 8, 2023.
- Maya Chandler led the Ramblers with 18 points, along with Tanin's double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Galanopoulos also reached double figures with 11 points.
Last Time Out
The Loyola University Chicago women's basketball team snapped its three-game skid Thursday night as the Ramblers downed La Salle, 73-39, on the road at Tom Gola Arena.
Sitori Tanin's fifth double-double of the season (19 points and 10 rebounds) highlighted 10 separate Ramblers scoring a bucket in the win.
