Loyola Chicago Travels to Saint Louis Wednesday

Tip-off set for 7 p.m. CT on ESPN+

The Loyola University Chicago women's basketball team takes aim at its first-ever Atlantic 10 season sweep as it takes on Saint Louis on the road Wednesday (Feb. 14). The Valentines Day soiree is set for 7 p.m. CT inside Chaifetz Arena. Colin Suhre (PXP) will call the action live on ESPN+.

  • Head coach Allison Guth is in her second season at the helm of Loyola. She enters her eighth year as a head coach after spending the first six seasons at Yale.
Scouting The Saint Louis Billikens
  • Winners of two of its past five games, SLU enters Wednesday with an overall record of 10-15. In league matchups, Saint Louis holds a 5-7 ledger.
  • The Billikens most recently beat Rhode Island, 76-73, on the road this past Sunday. Peyton Kennedy tallied a career-high 31 points while Kyla McMakin scored 17.
  • The team's 71.5 points per game ranks third in the league while McMakins 16.6 points per game ranks third.

In a defensive dual, the Ramblers limited the Wildcats to 38-percent (18-for-47) from the field when they averaged 44-percent entering the matchup.
