CHICAGO, Ill. -- In its Breast Cancer Awareness match where the team honored Ramblers women's soccer alum Dr. Maggie Doe, Loyola Chicago and Richmond played to a scoreless draw on Sunday, Oct. 12 at Loyola Soccer Park.
The Ramblers are now 7-3-4 overall and 2-2-2 in Atlantic 10 action.
How it Happened
- Despite generating consistent offensive pressure throughout the match, outshooting Richmond 21(5)-9(4), Loyola couldn't convert a score.
- The Ramblers took 13 shots in the second half and forced six total corner kicks.
- Spiders goalkeeper Veronice Rrapi turned away five opportunities for the Ramblers.
- Allison Deardorff posted her eighth shutout of the season, making four saves, including a pivotal stop on a Richmond penalty kick in the 66th minute to keep the game level.
