SCOUTING REPORT
The Dukes are coming off a 2-1 loss at Saint Louis (Oct. 12), despite outshooting the Billikens 12(6)-7(2) and forcing two more corner kicks. Duquesne has already posted four shutouts in A-10 play behind goalkeeper Ali Hughes, who has 44 saves on the season. Forward Maya Matesa is the league leader in four categories: shots (5.14/game), shots on goal (2.29/game), goals (12) and points (2.00/game). She is No. 2 in the country in shots/game, No. 4in goals/game and SOG/game and is No. 6 in points/game.

VCU most recently defeated George Mason, 3-1, on the road for its third conference win. In A-10 play, the Rams have allowed nine goals against and have had seven goals scored. Starting goalkeeper Mia Pongratz ranks second in the league in saves/game (4.6) and has 69 total saves so far, tied for 31st in the NCAA. The Rams have 10 different goal scorers, including five players who each have a pair of goals this season.

SERIES HISTORY
The Ramblers are searching for their first program wins over both A-10 foes.

Both Loyola and Duquesne have yet to win or lose in the all-time series which is leveled at 0-0-2; the two programs met for the first time in 2022 in Chicago and most recently in 2023 in Pittsburgh.

VCU holds the one victory in the all-time series with Loyola (0-1-2). The Ramblers fell 1-nil to the Rams in the pair's first-ever meeting in 2022 then the next two matchups in 2023 and 2024 ended in draws.
