WASHINGTON - Loyola Chicago's Avary DeBlieck earned her second Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Week nod, the league announced Monday afternoon. DeBlieck helped Loyola to a 2-1 record and nears a career milestone following her performances for the Ramblers last week.

DeBlieck averaged 2.08 blocks per set and totaled 25 blocks over three matches and two wins for Loyola.

Against Saint Louis, DeBlieck recorded a career-high 12 blocks. She followed up with seven vs. Rhode Island in match one and six in match two.

DeBlieck has 142 blocks and counting this season. She needs three more to break the single season record and currently ranks fourth in the country in total blocks.
