CHICAGO – Loyola Chicago men's golf will wrap up the regular season this weekend at the Wright State Invitational in Springboro, Ohio on April 12-13.
Both days will be a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. CT at the Heatherwoode Golf Club on the 6,754-yard, par-71 course.
Loyola will send
Sebastian Kasun,
Charlie Kulwin,
Dori Lee,
Zach Mulhearn,
Ryan Walsh, and
Connor Woodin. The top four scores will be counted.
The Ramblers are joined by Findlay, Youngstown State, Valparaiso, Xavier, Indiana Hills CC, Ohio Dominican, Detroit Mercy, Miami (Ohio), Cleveland State, Green Bay, Southern Indiana, and Wright State on the course.
Loyola is coming off a third-place team finish at the Don Benbow Butler Invitational two weeks ago. The Ramblers were led by Kulwin who earned another A-10 Golfer of the Week nod after tying for second on the individual leaderboards.
Kulwin was one stroke out of first, scoring 207 (67-69-71). His first two rounds were under-par, leading to a -3 score on the week. His first-round score of 67 marks a new personal-best score. He led the event with 13 birdies.
This marks the last regular season invite before the Rambler set their focus on the Atlantic 10 Tournament scheduled for April 22-24 in Orlando.
