Fogle, Fisher and Call Join Loyola Women’s Basketball Coaching Staff

Head Coach Allison Guth adds three assistant coaches with diverse experiences

CHICAGO — Jasmyne Fogle, Alyssa Fisher, and Adam Call have been named assistant coaches on the Loyola University Chicago women's basketball staff, Head Coach Allison Guth announced.

Fogle arrives in Rogers Park after stops at Quinnipiac University, Putnam Science Academy, and Iona College.

"I'm ecstatic to have a human like Jasmyne Fogle to work alongside," said Guth. "Her coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate levels will positively impact our staff and team. Coach Jas' 'why' has always been centered around developing the whole person, and her values align deeply with both our university and our staff's mission. I am so grateful to welcome Jasmyne and her entire Fogle family to Rambler Nation."

Most recently, Fogle served as the director of basketball operations and program development at Quinnipiac for three seasons. Fogle oversaw daily operations of the women's basketball program, managed team travel and logistics, coordinated film and video operations, and led marketing and social media efforts to enhance fan engagement. She also worked closely with athletic sponsors, supervised student managers, and supported student-athlete academics.

"I'm incredibly blessed and excited to join the Rambler community!" said Fogle. "I'm truly grateful to Coach Guth for the opportunity to be a part of this outstanding staff and team. I'm looking forward to an amazing journey ahead!"

Prior to her time in Hamden, Fogle worked at Putnam Science Academy in Putnam, Conn., where she worked as an assistant coach, teacher, and resident assistant. In this role, she assisted with recruiting, practice planning, game strategy, scheduling, and academic monitoring. She also managed the program's social media presence and communicated regularly with college programs on behalf of players. As a resident assistant, she supported student well-being and safety, conducted routine room and safety checks, and fostered a positive living environment.

Before her time at Putnam Science Academy, Fogle spent two years as a graduate assistant at Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y. There, she supported the coaching staff with recruiting, scouting, practice planning, and player development. She collaborated with the director of operations on travel, meals, academic support, and scheduling, and served as an academic coach for high-risk student-athletes. Fogle also played a key role in video production and manager supervision while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the program.

Fogle earned a bachelor's degree in mass communication from Franklin Pierce University in 2017, where she played three seasons on the women's basketball team. She completed her collegiate playing career at Post University, earning a Master of Business Administration in 2018. In her lone season at Post, Fogle averaged 16.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 31.9 minutes per game over 16 contests, earning Third Team All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference honors—the program's first all-conference selection since 2014. She went on to earn a Master of Arts in sports communication and media from Iona College in 2020. Over her four-year collegiate career, Fogle totaled 565 points across her time at Franklin Pierce and Post.

Fisher circles back to her alma mater after starting her coaching career at Dartmouth. Fisher was instrumental in mentoring Victoria Page to earning honorable mention All-Ivy League honors. Under Fisher's expertise, Page averaged 15.0 points per game, the fifth most in the conference. Meanwhile, the 1,000-point scorer's .381 field goal clip ranked No. 17 in the league and her 1.5 made threes per game was seventh.

"I am beyond jazzed to welcome Coach Fisher back home to her alma mater," continued Guth. "We have already shared the bench together in another capacity, and it is a tremendous honor to work alongside someone of Alyssa's character. Fisher was raised by two parents who were heavily involved in coaching, and that love of the game was instilled in her—of that I'm certain. Coach Fisher will be an unbelievable asset to our program, with a passion for this incredible university. We are so grateful to welcome Alyssa and her TEAM Fisher back to sweet home Chicago!"

As a student-athlete at Loyola Chicago in 2023-24, Fisher started and played in all 31 games for the Ramblers. She led the team in three-pointers made (49), free throws made (110) and steals (49), while finishing second in total points with 417. Fisher tied for the team lead in scoring, averaging 13.5 points per game.

"Coming back to Loyola Chicago feels like a full-circle moment," said Fisher. "This place played a pivotal role in my journey during my final year as a player, and now I'm honored to return as a coach. I'm incredibly excited to learn from Coach Guth and pour into the program that once poured so much into me."

She posted a career-high six assists in Loyola's win at Fordham on Jan. 24 and reached double figures in scoring 22 times, including six games with 20 or more points. On Dec. 18, she hit a buzzer-beating three-pointer to lift Loyola past SIUE and scored the team's first points in six games throughout the season. Fisher ranked No. 11 in the Atlantic 10 in both steals per game (1.5) and points per game (13.5) for the season.

Fisher was selected for the esteemed Women's Basketball Coaches Association's (WBCA) "So You Want To Be A Coach" initiative in 2024. Her coaching journey also includes serving as a strength and conditioning intern at St. Francis Brooklyn during the 2022–23 academic year.

Originally from Baton Rouge, La., Fisher holds dual bachelor's degrees from St. Francis Brooklyn—one in exercise science (2022) and another in healthcare management (2023). She earned her MBA in 2024 from LUC.

Call joined Loyola Chicago following a four-year stop at George Washington. Call helped the Revolutionaries to wins in the Atlantic 10 Championships in three separate seasons.

"We are thrilled to welcome Coach Call and his family to Loyola Chicago," Guth added. "My relationship with Adam goes way back to our time working together at Northwestern and being mentored by Coach McKeown. Adam brings a wealth of knowledge from his 17 years of coaching experience. His recent work at GW, where he helped build a competitive program in the A-10, gives him valuable insight into this fantastic league. Adam will make an immediate impact—both on the recruiting trail and in the development of our student-athletes on the court."

Call was instrumental in Mayowa Taiwo's record-breaking 2023-24 season, as she totaled 1,037 career rebounds—the third-highest mark by a single player in program history. Taiwo earned a spot on the A-10 Preseason All-Conference All-Defensive Team, while sophomore guard Nya Robertson was selected to the league's All-Conference Third Team.

"I'm excited to join the outstanding staff that Coach Guth has assembled here at Loyola," said Call. "She's an excellent leader and communicator who is deeply committed to providing student-athletes with a holistic experience—one that equips them with the tools to become successful, high-achieving members of society. I look forward to working alongside her as we continue our climb in the Atlantic 10."

In his first two seasons in D.C., the team reached the A-10 quarterfinals and set a school record for made three-pointers in a single season (2022–23). Standout freshman Nya Robertson, a former top-50 recruit, was named the league's Sixth Woman of the Year, while Taiwo earned All-Defensive Team honors and climbed into the program's all-time Top 10 for career rebounds under Call's leadership.

Before joining GW, Call spent four seasons at Eastern Michigan, where he served his final two years as Associate Head Coach. In Ypsilanti, Call played a key role in player development, helping Danielle Minott and Courtnie Lewis earn All-MAC honors. Lewis had one of the best freshman seasons in program history, finishing top-10 nationally in scoring among freshmen.

Prior to EMU, Call helped develop standout guards at Stony Brook for two seasons, including All-Rookie Team selection Davion Wingate and All-Conference honorees Kori Bayne-Walker and Jessica Ogunnorin, while contributing to two consecutive 17-win seasons and WBI appearances. Additionally, Ogechi Anyagaligbo was named the 2015-16 America East Conference Rookie of the Year under his guidance after averaging 10.1 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.

Call joined Stony Brook after serving as Director of Player Development at Washington in 2013–14, helping the Huskies to a 20-win season and a WNIT Quarterfinals appearance. He previously spent two seasons as Director of Basketball Operations at Northwestern, overseeing camps, staff, and video operations.

A Norman, Okla., native, Call began his career as a student manager at the University of Oklahoma from 2004–07, during a run that included three NCAA Tournament appearances and multiple Big XII titles. He went on to serve as video coordinator at TCU for three seasons, contributing to two NCAA Tournament trips and a Mountain West regular season championship in 2009–10. Call holds a bachelor's degree in international area studies from Oklahoma and a master's degree in liberal arts from TCU.
