Loyola Chicago women's soccer kicks off its 2025 campaign with a pair of exhibition matches at Milwaukee on Sunday, Aug. 3 at 1 p.m. CT followed by Northern Illinois at home on Thursday, Aug. 7 at 1 p.m.
QUICK KICKS
- Loyola welcomed 10 newcomers to their 2025 roster, including five true freshmen and five transfers, and 18 Ramblers returned.
- Redshirt sophomore goalkeeper Allison Deardorff capped her rookie season tied for a program-best 10 shutouts and a 0.69 goals against average, ranking her second in the conference in 2024.
- Last season, the Ramblers finished sixth in Atlantic 10 play, compiling a 4-2-4 league record.
- At the helm of the program is head coach Jon Sandoval in his first season at Loyola.
SERIES HISTORY
The Ramblers are 2-5-1 overall against the Panthers and this will be the first meeting between the two programs in a decade. Loyola leads the all-time series 5-2 with Northern Illinois, and the Ramblers shut out the Huskies 2-0 in the most recent meeting in 2019.
