"We didn't have our best stuff this week on a really challenging golf course in one of the best fields we will see all year," said head coach Peter Pougnet. "I'm proud of the fight we had improving every single round and continued to fight until the end. Only being here a month or so, we are still learning each other. I really do believe our best golf is ahead of us and we have the talent to compete."
The Ramblers were led by
Sebastian Kasun who took 15
th with an even score of 216 (75-71-70). He improved every round, finishing the final two under-par. Kasun also led the Ramblers with 13 birdies, which was ninth most in the tournament.
"It was great to see Sebastian perform the way he did," continued Pougnet. "Finishing in the top-20 in this field is really impressive. I know he feels like he left a lot of shots out there, but we will regroup this week and continue to work. Really proud of him."
