CHICAGO – Loyola Chicago men's golf returns to action at the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational on Saturday and Sunday in Muncie, IN. The Ramblers will play rounds one and two on Saturday before concluding the tournament with round three on Sunday. Both days are scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. CT.

The tournament will be played at Delaware Country Club on the par-70, 6,438-yard course. Loyola will compete alongside Ball State, Bowling Green, Butler, Central Michigan, Chicago State, Cleveland State, Eastern Kentucky, Evansville, Georgia State, Howard, Indiana (Indianapolis), Northern Kentucky, Purdue, Purdue Fort Wayne, and Wright State. 

Loyola's lineup features Alex Lee, Jackson Overton, Connor Woodin, Yago Lopez, and Michael Washburne, with Andrew Chan competing as an individual. 

The Ramblers enter the tournament following the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational, where Connor Woodin led Loyola with a career-best performance, finishing one-under-par after three rounds. Woodin posted a three-round score of 212 (72-67-73) to finish tied for 21st. He carded a four-under 67 in the second round, making his lowest round of the tournament. 

Alex Lee finished even-par after three rounds, tying for 27th with a score of 213 (67-73-73). Lee opened the tournament with a four-under 67 and finished with 13 total birdies, tying for eighth in the tournament. 

Jackson Overton finished tied for 37th with a three-round score of 216 (70-76-70), carding a pair of 70s in rounds one and three.

Competing individually, Michael Washburne finished tied for 21st at one-under-par with a three round score of 212 (71-70-71). Washburne posted two one-under 70s in the first and final rounds.

Yago Lopez enters the tournament following the Virtues Intercollegiate, where he finished tied for 51st with a three round score of 226 (75-74-77).

Loyola will look to build on its early season performances as the Ramblers continue their fall schedule at the Earl Yestingsmeier Invitational Presented by DeVoe Chevrolet.
