CHICAGO (September 12, 2018) – The Loyola University Chicago men's basketball staff will conduct a Coaches Clinic at Gentile Arena on Saturday, Oct. 6 beginning at noon. Head coach
Porter Moser, the 2018 Missouri Valley Conference and National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) District 16 Coach of the Year, will talk about the culture that helped turn Loyola into a Final Four team last season.
Moser, and his staff will run through demonstrations, skill instruction, drill breakdown and give an inside look at a Loyola film session. Attendees will also have a window of opportunity to ask questions and learn from one of the top staffs in the country. Following the clinic, coaches are invited to a social at Ireland's Pub, which is located in the Damen Student Center and is adjacent to Gentile Arena, where food and drinks will be provided.
Over the last four seasons, Moser and his staff have piloted the Ramblers to an 89-50 overall record, including 50 wins over the last two seasons, while earning a No. 7 ranking in last year's season-ending
USA Today Coaches Poll.
