Loyola Announces Sellouts For Games Versus Bradley, Northern Iowa

Limited number of seats only remain available for Feb. 9 game versus Valparaiso

CHICAGO (January 28, 2020) – One year after selling out six home games at Gentile Arena, Loyola University Chicago announced today that its men's basketball games versus Bradley (Feb. 1) and Northern Iowa (Feb. 15) are sold out. A very limited number of tickets also remain available for the Ramblers' February 9 home game versus Valparaiso.

Since the start of the 2017-18 season, Loyola has now sold out nine men's basketball games at Gentile Arena. Prior to a February 24, 2018 matchup with Illinois State in the regular-season finale, a sellout crowd had not packed Gentile Arena since it was reconfigured for the 2011-12 season. That crowd of 4,963 against Illinois State in 2018 marked the first packed house in the building since February 27, 2003 when 5,392 fans turned out to see the Ramblers face crosstown rival UIC in the then-5,200-seat facility.

Loyola brings a 14-7 overall mark and a 6-2 record in Missouri Valley Conference play into tomorrow night's key matchup at Southern Illinois. The Ramblers are currently tied with Northern Iowa atop the MVC standings, in possession of a one-game lead over Bradley, Drake and Southern Illinois

Tickets for Loyola's remaining men's basketball games are available by visiting www.ramblertickets.com or calling (773) 508-WOLF.
