Checking In On Former Ramblers Playing Pro Basketball

CHICAGO (January 30, 2020) – Several former Loyola University Chicago men's basketball student-athletes are playing professional basketball this season. Below is an update on how each of those former Ramblers is faring in 2019-20.
 
Milton Doyle – Windy City Bulls – NBA G League
In 26 games for the Windy City Bulls, the Chicago native is averaging some impressive all-around figures, contributing 19.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 2.2 steals per game, shooting 34.7 percent from three-point range. One of the most decorated players to wear a Loyola uniform, the 6-foot-4 guard erupted for 34 points, nine rebounds and eight assists in a January 4 outing versus the Westchester Knights.
 
Jordan Hicks –Tours – France
Hicks led Tours to an 87-72 victory over STB Le Havre in the French NM1 (third division) Saturday night by producing 20 points and five rebounds in 35 minutes of action. He has elevated his play of late, scoring in double digits in six of his team's last 11 contests, including each of the last two. The Rochester, Minnesota native is averaging 7.6 ppg, 3.9 rpg and 1.4 apg in 20 games this season.
 
Donte Ingram – Greensboro Swarm – NBA G League
Ingram, who hit the unforgettable, buzzer-beating three-pointer that lifted Loyola past Miami in the opening round of the 2018 NCAA Tournament, posted five points and three assists in Greensboro's loss to Raptors 905 Mississauga last Wednesday. For the year, the 6-foot-6 guard is tallying 3.3 ppg and 1.8 rpg in 21 appearances.
 
Aundre Jackson – Apollon – Cyprus
In his team's most recent outing, Jackson recorded six points, six rebounds and a pair of blocks in 32 minutes of action against Keravnos. So far this season, the Kennedale, Texas native and 2017 Missouri Valley Conference Sixth Man of the Year is putting up 11.9 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 1.6 apg and 1.7 spg in 15 games.
 
Ben Richardson – BK Kolin – Czech Republic
Despite battling an illness, this season, Richardson has enjoyed a solid second season of pro ball, averaging 12.3 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 3.3 apg and 2.3 spg. The 2018 MVC Defensive Player of the Year and 2018 NCAA South Regional Most Outstanding Player racked up 14 points, seven assists and three steals in BK Kolin's 94-82 loss to BK Pardubice last weekend. 
 
Tracy Robinson – Corinthians – Brazil
Robinson poured in 16 points and hauled in four rebounds in Corinthians' last game, a 77-70 setback at UniFacisa. The 2008 Loyola graduate is tallying 9.6 ppg, 2.7 rpg and 1.6 apg in 18 games this season.
 
Blake Schilb – Chalons-Reims – France
Schilb, who has had a brilliant professional career overseas, totaled two points and three assists in Chalons-Reims' 82-75 victory over Pau-Lacq-Orthez last Saturday. A three-time First Team All-Horizon League honoree during his prolific career at Loyola, the 6-foot-7 guard is registering 11.3 ppg, 4.4 rpg and 4.0 apg this season.
 
Marques Townes – UCAM Murcia – Spain
Townes is averaging 6.3 ppg, 1.8 rpg, 1.0 apg and 1.0 spg in 12 games this season. The 6-foot-4 guard was a key player on Loyola's 2018 NCAA Final Four squad and in 2019 was named Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year.
