CHICAGO - Loyola Chicago returns to Gentile Arena after playing the last two games away from home. Loyola and Colorado State will tip-off at 4 p.m. following the women's game. The Ramblers look to bounce back from a three-game skid, while the Rams are undefeated heading into the game.

RAMBLINGS
• The second week of this season's action tipped off with Loyola's first true road trip of the year at Wichita State. The Ramblers fell to a hot-shooting Shocker team, 95-74.

Deywilk Tavarez led Loyola in scoring for the second time this season, tying his season-best 16 points. He went 5-9 from three-point range.

Miles Rubin (12), and
Justin Moore (10) added double-figure scoring efforts. Rubin and Moore have scored at least 10 in three of the four games this season.
• Loyola went 1-2 to open the 2025-26 season last week. The Ramblers beat Cleveland State at the buzzer in the opener before Mercyhurst and North Texas took wins against them.
• Moore led the Ramblers, averaging 14.3 points per game through the first three games. He dropped eight in the first game before scoring double-figures in the next two. He had a team-high 25 vs. Mercyhurst with 10 to follow vs. North Texas.
• Tavarez stepped up big for Loyola in the win vs. Cleveland State. He had seven points in the final 18 seconds, including the three to win the game at the buzzer. He dropped 16 points in the win and went 5-7 from three-point range.
• Tavarez got the starting nod vs. North Texas where he finished with 11 points.
• Joining him in the line-up for the first time ever was Love III. Love tallied 12 points and seven rebounds vs. the Mean Green. He dropped a season-high 14 points vs. Cleveland State.
• Rubin was steady for the Ramblers to start the year. He scored 16 vs. Cleveland State and Mercyhurst. He added nine vs. North Texas.
• Rubin is nearing the all-time block record with 174 and counting. The current record stands at 176 set by Andre Moore back in the 80s. Rubin already holds the top two spots on the single-season list.
• Rubin is averaging 3.3 blocks per game, ranking second on the A-10 leaderboards. He has two games with at least four this year and has at least two in all four games.
• After tallying a season-high eight assists vs. Mercyhurst and another seven at Wichita State, Moore is averaging a team-leading 5.8 assists. He ranks second the A-10 in average and his eight is the second most tallied in a game in the A-10 so far this season.
• Head coach
Drew Valentine is in his fifth season at the helm. He has compiled a 84-54 overall record as head coach.
SCOUTING COLORADO STATE
The Rams are 3-0 heading into Sunday's game and have put up at least 90 points in every win. Colorado State leads the Mountain West and ranks 28th in the country, averaging 96.0 points per game. The Rams are also shooting a conference-best 54.0 percent from the field, which lands 21st in the NCAA.
Four players are averaging at least 10 points per game. Josh Pascarelli leads the Rams with 18.3 ppg, while shooting 58.8 percent from the field and 52.0 percent from three-point range. He had 18 in the opener against UIW, 15 vs. Omaha, and 22 vs. Cal Poly. Pascarelli hit a season-high six threes vs. Cal Poly.
Ali Farkhmanesh was tabbed head coach last March after spending seven seasons as an assistant. He's 3-0 at the helm.
