- Loyola claims its second-ever Horizon League title. The Ramblers previously won the crown in 2003, coincidentally, with a win over Detroit.

- After scoring one goal in Loyola's first 21 matches, Ashley Morawski has scored two goals in the last two matches.

- Of Loyola's seven one-goal wins this season, four have come on goals scored in the final 10 minutes of regulation or overtime, including both wins over Detroit.

- Loyola extended its single-season team scoring record, netting goals 41 and 42 this season.

- The Ramblers improve to 7-1-1 when leading at the half and 14-2-2 when allowing one goal or less this season.

- With assists on both goals, Cynthia Morote-Ariza established a new Loyola single-season record with her ninth assist of the season. Morote-Ariza now holds the school's single-season goals, assists and points records and her 27 points place her in a tie for ninth on Loyola's career points chart.

- Loyola has now scored at least two goals in six of its last seven games, the lone exception being a 1-1 draw against Northwestern on Oct. 19.
