WASHINGTON – Loyola Chicago's Addison Schaffer and Allison Deardorff collect Atlantic 10 weekly honors, the league announced Monday afternoon. Schaffer takes home Offensive Player of the Week accolades, while Deardorff is tabbed Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.
 
The pair helped the Ramblers to a 3-0 win over Fordham last weekend in Loyola's A10 opener. The win extended the team's unbeaten streak to six matches.
 
Schaffer's first career honor comes after scoring her first career goal and game winner just seven minutes into action against the Rams. She also tallied an assist on Zoe Hevey's goal to finish the match with three points.
 
In goal, Deardorff made eight saves on 14 shots faced. She posted her sixth shutout of the year and 24^th of her career to tie the program record set by Monica Gonyo in 2014.
